A comprehensive mechanical and electrical solution for a new 125 bed ibis styles.

Dee Solutions was appointed by Accor Hotels to undertake the mechanical, electrical and plumbing detailed design for a new boutique hotel – ibis Styles.

Working closely with the M&E sub-contractor, we designed from RIBA stage 3 to RIBA stage 5 detailed and co-ordinated design for all of the 125 bedrooms, associated bar, reception, restaurant, commercial kitchen and plant rooms.
