Gary Dee
Managing Director
Following 30 years’ experience within the mechanical and engineering industry and more latterly, the renewable energy sector, Gary set up Dee Environmental Solutions Ltd in 2011. Since then the business has grown to be a strong force in building services consultancy – working closely with developers, end users and contractors, as well as multi-disciplinary design teams.
Gary is a talented mechanical engineer with vast expertise in electrical and public health design. he undertakes the role of project director, as well as running the practice and his expertise spans many sectors including hotels, high end residential, education and healthcare.
Nick Burree
Director
Nick is a chartered engineer and has been in the building services industry for over 17 years. Nick’s experience has been varied across education, healthcare, leisure, residential and infrastructure sectors working on projects within the UK and abroad.
Nick’s experience across these sectors and as an energy assessor, design engineer and project engineer has helped give him an excellent understanding of the design regulations and compliance requirements to take projects from concept scheme to fully detailed designed MEP projects.
Nick became a director of the company in 2022 and is now heading up Day-to-day operations.

Ralph is a highly experienced mechanical engineer and has been in the building services industry for 50 years. Ralph’s experience has been varied across office, commercial, healthcare, education, retail, MOD, and hi-end residential sectors working on projects within the UK and abroad. Ralph has worked on many residential ,healthcare and commercial projects over his career developing an extensive technical and practical knowledge of building services engineering. |

Stuart Dee
Senior Engineer
Stuart has been in the industry for over 15 years and is a valued member of the Dee Solutions team. He has grown from an apprentice to senior engineer entrusted with representing Dee Solutions and running projects, producing drawings, calculations and information from concept to completion.
Stuart is a low carbon energy designer, qualified as a Level 3, 4 and 5 IES VE assessor, producing energy and renewable statements for planning and energy compliance. He has an excellent understanding of CAD and managing CAD production.

AV & Electrical Engineer
Gary is an experienced Electrical and AV Engineer with over 15 years in the industry—10 years in residential systems and 5 years delivering commercial AV solutions. With a strong background in engineering, Gary has joined Dee Solutions to bring specialist technical & home automation expertise to our growing consultancy team.
At Dee Solutions, Garys focus is on designing and implementing integrated electrical and audiovisual systems that meet the practical demands of modern construction projects. From smart residential installations to complex commercial AV environments, He works closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure every system is technically sound, future-ready, and seamlessly integrated into the built environment.
Andy Dee
Domestic Energy Assessor & CAD Manager
Andy has worked in the building services industry for 10 years, concentrating on the production of M&E services drawings. He has successfully completed courses in both 2D and Revit 3D software through Autodesk, which has enabled him to have a greater understanding of BIM Level . Andy, a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor provides as-designed & as-built SAP calculations for our clients & can also lodge EPC certificates for these properties.
As the Dee Solutions document controller, Andy ensures that all Dee Solutions documentation is easily and quickly attainable to the client.
